For years my family and I have had the wonderful opportunity of Hosting International Students from all over the world. Many years ago, I decided to rent rooms in my home to International guests. We were young with a big mortgage and I needed to create more income for me to stay home with my new baby. I found that it was easy to rent out the two spare bedrooms in our home to students. As time went on, I earned thousands of dollars extra each year and was able to stay home and raise my children. Being asked over and over again how to you go about starting and setting up a homestay I decided to write a guide on how to become a homestay host.
